OUR PROCESS

We’ve outlined a basic project flow to give an idea of what is involved in getting a project completed. Beyond this we would always recommend that you contact us and talk to us directly about your project and goals, and how we can work together to make them a reality.

  • Site Visit

    It starts with a site visit: We like to have one of our experts visit you on site to discuss your needs and possibilities. While there we can take measurements for the purpose of creating a site plan if you do not already have one available. Our team has countless years of experience working with different organizations and industries, including OLA’s, school boards and municipalities.

  • Design

    We like to inspire you with photos and drawings of possibilities and what others have done. No two clients or jobs are the same, so with you inspired and aware of the possibilities we will work with you to come up with a unique solution that suits your specific needs. For larger solutions we like to provide detailed layout drawings and renderings.

  • Quoting

    Our vast experience means we can work transparently with you in order to accommodate budgets. There can be many layers and processes involved with any particular project and we have to ability to source, reference or provide you with what is required. Because of this insight we work with you to ensure that we accommodate the full job and that there are no monetary oversights.

  • Distribution

    We work with industry leading partners who contribute all of their efforts in design and manufacturing in order provide the best in products and solutions. We carefully select what we carry and make available to ensure that you get what you need for your project, while our established relationships ensure quick turnaround time, expert product service and information and the correct delivery of what you are looking for.

  • Installation

    We work with an experienced and dedication installation crew. We have a lot of experience working with regional and city workers and also have contractors and screws we can recommend and put in touch with. Our experience equates to us being able to provide you with detailed information on the installation processes and work to provide accurate scheduling.
